Perma-Sharp Super - A Review

I just had a shave with a perma sharp blade loaded in my tatara nodachi open comb. This was on the second use, and it felt allot sharper than on the first use. Good blade, but it feels like i have removed a layer of skin. A much better match for me was the Karve razor with a c plate.

smooth good blade, but really sharp.

I've been using them quite a bit lately in my Slim set on 6, a great shave.

PermaSharps are my second favorite blades right behind GSBs. Still need to try them both in my new to me Otto Roth New LC to see how well they do in that. So far I’ve really only gone an extended time with an Astra SP

Amazon lists the coating as Teflon. It's a PFA (forever chemical). Our town has 1/3 of it's capacity shut off in the summer because of PFAs in the water supply. In good conscience I can't use the blade. Besides, this morning's shave wasn't great, and I put it on the reject pile before I found out about the teflon.
I'm in a town of 25,000 people, and we need a $40 million dollar plant to get the PFAS out of our drinking water.
