Palmolive Refreshing Lemon

I gave my Palmolive tube a squeeze over the weekend for my morning shave. Definitely a very good "wake you up" type scent. I'm a big fan of citrus, so this appealed to me. However, I had trouble getting it to lather. At first I had a touch too much watter and it was runny. Then I didn't have enough water and either my brush wasn't wet enough or I was going about it all the wrong way, but it didn't want to lather for nothing. I eventually added a little bit more and got it to whip up fairly well. A bit more trouble than I was banking on, but it worked out fairly well after I got it to whip up. With that being said, what are some other good citrus scents that you guys would recommend? I'm not sure that I will purchase this particular tube again, but I do want to have a good lemon/lime/orange option available. Thanks!

Mike's Natural Orange, Cedarwood and Black Pepper gets good reviews.
If you like Lime, then Mystic Waters has a Lime that will knock your socks off, or can be paired/tempered with Coconut or Lavender.

There's always "lemony fresh" Arko. :)

I think you are just not getting the water to cream ratio correct ,the Indian Palmolive is a good latering cream.Give it a chance.Lider lime cream from Poland is a nice strong citrus cream ,and the Turkish Derby and Arko lemon creams are nice as well..

Castle Forbes Lime Oil is a bit expensive but is worth every single penny IMHO. Excellent lather, excellent shave. And a strong, straight and intense Lime scent for me.

I plan to keep tinkering with it. I imagine that my lack of inexperience with wet shaving played into it not lathering well, moreso than the product itself. Thanks for the recommendations!
