PAL Injectomatic NOS - Wow!

Got this PAL Injectomatic set this morning, the razor still had the red dummy blade in it and there was NOS PAL blades and Palmolive cream
The only other injectors I've tried so far are Schick Canadian E and J1 and this was somewhere between the two in aggressiveness.
The PAL blade was slightly less smooth and slightly less sharp than the Personnas I've tried, but still did an excellent job, and I think they're carbon rather than stainless, so left my skin with a really nice finish.
The real winner for me was the brilliant design of the handle, which guides your grip intuitively to get the right balance.
I have definitely caught injector fever now, and this NOS set has really fed the madness

They are in my book a very underated razor compared to the varius schicks, i like mine a lot and used it today as well.

That's a really nice set-- congrats! It's nice to see an injector that's a bit different from the Schicks; I think the handle complements the shape of the head. Enjoy!

As the day's worn on, I've also realised how good those carbon steel PAL Premium Edge blades are.
I'd only used stainless injector blades before, which explains why these ones felt a bit rough to begin with. I wonder if they settle in like carbon DE blades do.
Anyway, they've left my face feeling exfoliated and massaged.
Ten hours on, I've still got a good close shave and my skin feels fantastic
It's weird to think that this set has waited nearly 60 years to be used, but at last it's getting the appreciation it deserves.
NOS is shaving time travel!

I have one with a different coloured handle, slightly off white I think.

I got it maybe a year ago but have never used it. I'm intrigued but don't think I'll break the NOS-ness of it anytime soon!
