Nice!

Don't forget, on your first shave just gently clean off the blade without running anything across the edge and start your shave. Don't test it on your arm hair, don't strop it, etc. You could, however try a HHT test to see if you are able to get any repeatable results from that test.

that 's a nice order, it's always nice to shave with vintage razors that we know it has a long history.

if i am not mistaken the lather strop kit has the balsa and the pastes, that's a low price for the big need that you will have. don't forget to use the pastes
for the razor refreshment. I don't know if you know how to hone, but the pastes will keep it shave ready, until you start to mess around with hones...

Yeah I got the kit that has the double strop and the balsa strop as well. Upon the suggestion of a member here I decided to get an automatic rotation by buying 2 razors to start. It was an 11 year anniversary gift from my wife!

Maybe custom engraved to commemorate a baby? My friends called their little one their bean when it was in utero. Just a thought. Makes your razor unique, that's for sure!
