OneBlade Customer Service

I purchased a OneBlade genesis in 2018. It is in my rotation and I enjoy the shaves.

I picked it up a couple of weeks ago only to find that the spring in the pivot had gone. Remembering that a guarantee came with the razor, I contacted customer service. The bloke there asked for a picture showing the problem. I sent a video and was told there was a replacement on the way. All of that took 2 days!

The new razor was on my doorstep, from USA to Australia, within 10 days. Not only that, it came with a new stand.

Now that is service.
 
I had a similar experience. I dropped my OneBlade purchased in 2016.

I sent an email and they replaced with a new razor immediately. Wow.

That is outstanding customer service.
