Really went to town on my legs today - just quad extensions and leg press but heavier and more sets than usual. My legs were wobbly as I was walking out of the gym. No DOMS yet but I've a feeling that tomorrow's run could be a struggle.
Augmented single arm pullups (gripping wrist on first set then working down the arm to the shoulder)
Single arm cable pulldowns
Turkish get-ups (hadn't done those in a while!)
Kicks against a bag
Quad extensions
