Wednesday morning I put in a 5 mile jog and then worked til midnight. I then got up at 3am and ran 3 miles and worked a 17 hour shift. I woke up this morning and jogged 6.1 miles. I’m icing my shins now.
I’m hoping today doesn’t end up being another double shift or even worse have my days off cancelled and have to work all weekend too!
