    Today is my 1st day in 30 days I haven’t gone for a run. Not even 30 minutes. I slept in.
    Overtime almost every single day and it caught up to me.
    Hopefully back at it tomorrow. But maybe even 2 days of rest.
     
  10. Back to the gym today (after traveling): elliptical trainer for as long as I can go.

  15. 21 minute, 10 interval recumbent bike custom high intensity workout.

    100ish rpms for 30 seconds at a resistance of 13 out of 20. 60ish rpms for 1 minute at a resistance of 5 out of 20.

    3 minute warm up, 4 minute cool down

  17. Weights today: upper body and core focus
     
  18. Went with a 14 high, 6 low resistance today. Yesterday didn't feel too challenging, really felt the burn today at the end of each 30 second highs.

  20. Shovel Glove is great. Reinhard named one of the movements by my suggestion back in the day.
