Fumbling about.
Shovelglove 14 minutes M-F, John Henry (meme).480.jpg

Normally I do Shovelglove M-F. This week I skipped Friday because I felt I needed a full day off from exercise due to feeling extra sore particularly in my upper back.
My Lazy River schedule is generally Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday - 30 minutes in the stream each time - but not this week.

The facility will be closed tomorrow for Easter, so I did an hour today. Thus, my total time in the river this week was unchanged.

Various stretches worked in with 3 cycles of 12 reps of various exercises; e.g., crunches, pushups, planks (temporary hold on the pushups & planks due to cataract surgery, thus proving I really am an old fogey).

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
I took yesterday and today off from formal exercise/workouts after 10 straight days. My body needed a break. I still managed 9,800 steps at work. So a good day and a good break for this oldish man.
