I've been walking. Not far, but almost every day. Did about 3/4 mile in about a half hour.

And to think I was a floor nurse.
 
Reached goal for the year early. Since the beginning of the year I've hit the 2,000 mile mark on my stationary bike. FPOFD (For Purposes of Full Disclosure), most of it has been since the coronavirus shutdown.

That is so cool!
I wore a pedometer a few times at work. I averaged between 5 & 6 miles a night.

Lung disease sucks.
