Since the gyms and Dojo closed in march, I got out of shape. I'm currently in week three of a cardio 30 day re-set. using heart-rate training (hard day, easy day format). Cardio is coming back. Weight is staying the same and I'm losing .5% of fat per week. Currently at 12.9%. Will get down to 10% and then hit the weights again at a new gym.
