Posting here to reach new shavers. I don't plan to get any new razors soon but love to hone. I can take on a few(3 or 4) honing jobs. No charge,and you don't even have to pay return shipping if ya don't want to. Long as its in the U.S. I'm in Texas. P.m me and I will post in this thread when I got the few I'm honing lined up. I use Nortons, slate and cnat.

I've got a Wostenholm wedge that needs an edge on it. It has a little nick in the edge, but it is not too bad.

Lol! Neil and another sent p.m's glad to help. The post above with the chipped wedge, please. P.M me and I will fix it up. I will stop with those three. That way I don't have to many to mail and y'all get the same razor ya sent lol. Hey I go nuts when I have nothin to hone. Honing for others keeps me from buying more razors also ha ha.

Oh there is no cure. This just keeps me from going on a spree till I can afford it ha ha. I got 3 kids and they keep pestering me for food. I just fed you yesterday!
I arranged via PM, just mailed it out today. In fact, another member here just honed my other one and re-started my straight shaving cycle. I figure if I have two honed at a time, I don't need anymore.....right?

I can. But would like to wait till the others in this thread are returned. Just font want to mix up razors lol. I see you want to start shaving though. I don't mind sending you a shave ready razor to use till we get yours done. P.m me. I can send ya a good shaver.
I just got back my straight from hillbilly and I have to say, a true gentleman and a keen edge to boot! Thanks so much! I had purchased a Dovo Silver Steel on eBay and it had some poor stropping wear and needed a good honing, which hillbilly did, no problem! He was very communicative, diagnosed the problems and now it looks great!
Hillbilly got mine back to me and I shaved with it last weekend, nice sharp edge, and shaved like a dream. Thanks again.

Great to hear guys! I don't have lots of stuff to P.I.F but I can give back by honing. And it was a treat to fondle your razors lol.
