My Valets

I am up to 3 Valet AutoStrops after my shopping last weekend and I finally have them all cleaned and polished. I do have a few questions on them that I hope you guys can either validate my information or else correct it. I have spent quite a bit of time both going through Valet threads as well as at the stropper website and can't pin down exactly the information on one of them.

The one in the upper left hand corner is the older VC1. It came in a metal case.
The upper right hand corner one is the Million Dollar Razor, a Silver VC3. I know this because it came with an instruction manual.
I'm not 100% sure on the bottom one, but think it may also be a VC3. There are differences below.


Here's the back of what I think is the VC1.


The Million Dollar VC3 is on the left hand and has notches in the V and in the circles in the little thingy after the word Valet
The other one on the right has the notches in the A and the T.


The inside of the flaps are different in that the one has the word Valet cut out and the Million Dollar one doesn't.



Are they both VC3 razors even though the notches and back flap are different?

Actually, these are VC2's. The VC3's have two wing type flaps that hold the blade in place. See here:

There are variations in the designs, including the different flaps. I've yet to pin down the reasons for the differences.

You are correct, I have them down as VC2's on my spreadsheet. Not sure why I put in VC3 here. Thanks for the feedback!
