I just thought someone would like to see my latest experiment. I picked up a book on making cream soaps - originally all cream soaps were made for shaving. Read it 10 times, read even more on a specialised forum and devised my own recipe for shaving cream. I just wanted to post up a pic... I haven't shaved with it yet. It could turn out being utter cr*p. lol. I don't intend on selling any.. it takes too long to make. But I thought someone might be interested. The topic of making shaving soap comes up every now and then here, and i'm curious to find out if anyone has ever made a cream.

It looks like it has the consistency of Nancy Boy. What did you scent it with?

What book did you pick up? I haven't made a shaving soap yet but my bf and I are wanting to start and he is really interested in creams.
