120 shaves for two bucks. Sounds like you got your money's worth.3017 came early for me. First shaving soap that I have finished in well over a year.
I get about 120 three-pass shaved out of this 65g tube. Tomorrow I will have to fork out USD 2 for another.
And it's one of the better creams for SR shaving. Made in Italy. I face lather with a synthetic brush.120 shaves for two bucks. Sounds like you got your money's worth.
Yes, I put a little dollop into the bristles in the middle of the brush, then massage the cream through the bristles. Dip the tip of the brush into water and then directly face lather. I don't use a bowl or hand to build up lather. All done on-face.Do you put a little dollop of cream in the middle of the brush then start lathering? With creams I always put the cream in a bowl and lather. With soaps, since I load the brush I will either face lather or bowl lather, but tend more often to face lather.
Thank you..You've done well!
1882, that's how many!I've read through this thread twice, and a question comes to mind: I wonder how many pucks, tubs, tubes and sticks have we collectively 3017'd since the start of this thread?
Only 1135 to go1882, that's how many!
Ach Brito Lavanda finished this morning. 83 great shaves at a fantastic €6 cents per shave. Excellent cream, does everything well and is very slick. Fully recommended.Next up is a new-to-me cream: Ach Brito Lavanda. I love the Lavanda cologne from Ach Brito and I am looking forward to pairing it with the cream now that the weather is warming up.
I am often surprised how good a Frankenstein soap worksI decided to lump the B&M Reserve Spice sample in with the rest of my Frankensoap and have at it with my new dish. Ugly batch, huh? Looks like a week old bruise to me. In it, as far as I remember, is remnants of LASS Black Fern, Arko, Wilkinson stick, MdC sample, Mama Bears Aged Spice, and who knows what else. I’m sending up the bat signal for help.I have the spreadsheet converted from Google sheets to .xlsx, but B&B won't let me upload it here. Any suggestions? Can it be uploaded to a wiki page? I don't have one but I can email it if needed.
