Long Trip Dopp

[PALORAZOR]

This is my travel set up for a month long Paris trip.

3 Razors -- 1930's Gillette Empire, GEM Featherweight, Rockwell 6c
Razor Blades -- AccuForge GEM (5), Dorco Prime Vietnam (10), Schick DE (5)
PAA Astraeus Brush -- great palm/face lather brush
PAA Old Salty Shave Soap
Fine Italian Citrus Aftershave
Styptic Pencil
Alum Bloc
Aloha Dopp Bag -- this is a simple, tough, fantastic Dopp. Has traveled with me all over the world.

I invariably buy some soap and aftershave, and an occasional razor on my trips. So I travel somewhat light! Not bringing a straight razor on this trip, although I may change my mind come game time!

You have always go to 11! Seriously though for a month trip, 3 razors seems about right if you want some variety. I do only have one soap and one aftershave. What would you eliminate?

OMG!
I'd keep just two razors, each with a single head!
With just a couple spare blades.
And re-pot portions of the soap and aftershave into travel-sized containers.
Saves space and weight, which will help if you travel within France.
FWIW, I love my few 'travel' badger brushes! I'd take along a couple!

I usually travel with only one razor. If I'm traveling by car I'll bring along something nice, by air I bring something replaceable like a Star 100 or a Baili. I'm not going to travel with only a carry-on anymore. I'm much too needy to not have a full suitcase.
