This is an awe inspiring shot... Outstanding capture of action, the colors are amazing, the small amount of blur on the wings donates mechanics extremely well, can not ask for anything more in this image !thx!

Snow Geese
We were a couple miles away and saw them in flight. We drove closer to investigate as the birds were too small to be pelicans and too big for gulls.nice! do you recall, how long did you have to wait?

Left image as I began taking pics.
Right image, a couple moments later.
Immediately after that shot, he flew off.
Perhaps he activated his nictitating membrane, "goggles", in anticipation of flying off?!
