I just spotted one that looks like this on eBay.
It looks like a Clix E-Z-Flo.

aye, i am pretty happy with the guess at a wardonia of some sort, but corroboration is never a bad thing

Let me search for a bit. I can say it is not a Wardonia because they used proprietary blades. Standard Gillette type blades wouldn't fit.
