I did the same thing a few weeks ago, I paid a premium but it was a tougher find than I thought it would be at first. Mine is a T1 black handled superspeed. Congratulations on landing yours, I was pretty excited about mine too!

I have one like that, same date code even. You'll enjoy it. Really smooth shaves. But now I feel old- I was in college when that razor was made.
Glad you scored a birth year, it seems those mid 80s examples are not as common as you'd think.
