We just Celebrated New Year (alone in our home, listening to Firecrackers and hurrays).

My sobering journey to 2021 monthly and yearly GRUME has officially started, and it's a good time to do that.

After all the things that I've ordered
" need " is not going to be the correct word, want would be better suited.

Good luck to everyone for their GRUMES and other endeavours.

Another DE travel shave today. I’ve been really impressed with the Timeless DE over the holiday period. The DE shaves are a lot better than I remember. You really can’t beat it for a compact travel set up.

Edit: I want to use this restock date for some AS, but I think it could wait to February.

Started the year with a Shark from last year still in the red tip Super Speed. Rooney Pure badger loaded with plenty of Arko-mashed-in-a-mug and finished with Gabels' Bay Rum. Clean and refreshed.

Never done a GRUME, but don't need anything and think I'll just set aside for a while everything I've got my eye on and focus on learning more about and enjoying what I have, including some untouched soaps and some new razors and brushes that I've only got a few uses of.

Boy, I thought I was through the hardest parts when I made it through November and December. So I start 1/1/2021 taking part in two challenges. While I'm typing my SOD post I get a text message from Supply Co about their new copper razor. Within 10 seconds my mind raced through all of my options. None of them good. I quickly unsubscribed from their messages. I couldn't live with myself if I fell out in less then 12 hours.

I don't see many posts on the SE threads about Supply Co so I think I'm the only one that likes them.

I did a subscription purge in November and it helped a lot. You're right, the random announcement is what's going to get me. You're just not expecting it and BOOM there it is.
