Interesting Goodwill, but what type?

I just got this in today - still need to clean it up a bit, and it's pretty different from my other Goodwills and I can't match it to Krumholz's descriptions, then I noticed. Made In Canada. Ohhhhh....

Pretty little razor, but really much worse then the other Goodwills in getting it all set properly. The alignment bars pretty much are just suggestions.

Yeah, those canadian ones are an odd thing. Almost like they intended to be able to use the bottom plate with a standard NEW cap, but the cap would seat too high, wouldn't it?

Ive been looking for one of those and have seen them on fleabay listed as techs and they all have been stamped and Canadians eh!

Yep, the NEW cap sits high and wobbly, but the Goodwill cap and NEW bottom plate is bomber. Tight and aligned perfect.

I'm really hoping to find one of the Goodwills with the L shaped 'bars'.
