This was a fun find, a very complete package of a lightly used mid-late 1940s Schick Super.
As far as I know, this was the first commercially available modern electric razor and appears quite similar in design to the foil type razors we still use today.
Like everything else made back then, this is shockingly heavy for its size.
Still works, although the on/off/adjustment dial is a little cantankerous (understandable for something that probably hasn’t been used in over 75 years).
