Spyderco med, fine and ultrafine bench stones and two vintage ebay straights. A wade and butcher sheiffeld and A Joseph Rogers and Sons. The Joseph rogers needs cleaned up and either re pin the scales or new ones. The wade and butcher just needs cleaned, shined and honed.

Every day this week I've been scurrying to the mailbox after work only to be let down :(

Today's your day it seems! :)

Same here, I sent 7 razors to a honer 8 days ago and still no news. I am having nightmares at the prospect of never seeing them again.

Me too, Today was the delivery of my "Dragon Tongue" No, not my x-wife returning..cheeze!
Now, I have no reason not to hone all the fine steel I have acquired.

Yesterday was my day with two semogues arriving. An 830 & SOC. A package from the mail carrier turns a regular day into Christmas morning.:biggrin1:

Getting packages are the greatest thing ever. Simple as that. I am waiting on a straight from a member across the pond, gonna take a while. That just kills.

For some reason, stuff from China gets here quicker than stuff from the US.... It's killing me waiting for the strop paste I'm expecting for from Larry lol.

Thanks, I hope to. As soon as I close on my house I want to set up to start doing minor restores and honeing. I've made a few knives and a sword from steel bars and I'm a fabricator by trade so hopeing this will work out well. There is just something great to me about useing something that is over 100 years old for its intended purpose, and knowing it will last another 100 years with care. I haven't been into straights for very long, but already i'm drawn to the large 6/8 and up razors. Particularly the W&B designs. I think since the W&B pictured is not marked England that it is over 100 yrs old.
