I like the "feel" of an aggressive razor.

I know there have been several threads on aggressive vers mild razors but that's not what this is about. I want to say I enjoy shaving with an aggressive razor because I like the way it feels moving across my face. I know I can get just as close a shave with my Edwin Jagger DE89 but my most aggressive razor is a Parker 94 and I love the way it feels. Just something about feeling the blade more so than with a mild razor. Anyone else feel this way too?

Not sure why its called aggressive but I know what you mean and agree.

I agree. I like to use my ATT H base and Muhle R89 the most. They are the most aggressive I have. If I use a Feather blade, and get a bit irritated on the neck, I switch to a milder razor or Wilkinson for a couple of days, but much prefer the efficiency of aggressiveness.

Now I know why people say the Feather AS D1 is TOO mild.

I tend to lean toward more aggressive razors, but I like them all.
This morning I used a Futur cranked all the way past 6; however, tomorrow I might dial it down to 3 or lower for no reason at all(the whim of a madman).

The R41 is the most aggressive DE that I use.
