What are inexpensive, aggressive safety razors like the Muhle R41?

Hello everyone! I am looking for an inexpensive, aggressive razor that is just as aggressive as the Muhle R41 or even any other safety razor that may be more aggressive.

Although I would love to buy and try the Muhle R41 someday, I feel that its price is, for me, pretty high and I am just wondering if there are any safety razors that are just as aggressive as the Muhle R41 but also cheaper and still have a decent quality? Are there any safety razors that are in the same aggressive level as the Muhle R41 in online shopping such as Amazon?

Just to verify - when you say high do you mean the Zamak $20 version or the stainless steel $130 one?

If you want something cheap and on par or above with the R41 you could look at a Yuma or Soluna razor. They look super mild, but definitely are not!

Yaqi Telstar with Zamak head is very close to my R41 for around 10 bucks shipped.

And to add to @fast shaver - the Yaqi Space Blue may look like a R89, but it’s much more effective than the R89.

I believe that there is an R41 copy on Aliexpress that's probably less expensive than the original, can't remember if it's Yaqi or Ds Cosmetic but I'm sure that both have a couple cheap razor options that are higher on the aggression scale.
Maggard also has an "aggressive" razor head under their house brand, not sure that you'd consider it to have the same aggression level as an R41 but it is pretty inexpensive and can work with most any handle (Maggard or otherwise).
I would be wary of limiting yourself to Amazon though as you're going to get served a lot of products that are junk and you'll be likely to end up buying something to replace it sooner than later.

Well, my budget is okayish, but I just thought that there would be other aggressive safety razor that are just as aggressive as the Muhle R41.

Anyhow, that’s really cool for the R41 head! Is there any handle that would fit great for the head in terms of price and quality?

Maggard Razors and Italian Barber both sell standalone handles that aren't too expensive.

Chinese Mellon and Aggressive Slant heads are good ones. Shark Sh.25 is another.

Yeah ok, but the Zamak R41 is as good as the stainless one so you could just get the head or the entire razor even for way less and have the same experience (some stay there are differences others say they are the same).

Excellent choice Guido. It is hard(er) to get these days, but definitely a step up from the R41. Weirdly enough it is also smoother than the R41.

If you want cheap and efficient, go with a fatip. Nickel plated brass, and should last a lifetime.

Obviously, the Yuma. As aggressive as the R41 but costs less than $10.

A cheaper and even more aggressive choice is the Dollar Tree 3-piece. Super aggressive and only $1.

Look at Yaqi and DSCosmetics product on AliExpress. Very low cost yet good performance in my experience. Yaqi makes a lot of razors inspired or outright copied other companies' product and if that is not a barrier, well good deals can be had.

I am fond of the The Final Cut by Yaqi. It is a remake of the Gibbs adjustable, and is aggressive at the higher settings. About $27 shipped.

I would say there *are* some differences but the net result is the same in terms of efficiency and closeness.

If you want cheap and efficient, go with a fatip. Nickel plated brass, and should last a lifetime.

I don't find the current version of the Fatip to be at the same level of efficiency as the current R41. It's a nice razor, though.
