Came down. didn't mess up, didn't push towards the blade, drew towards the spine.


Gashed my strop.

Whoops, too much pressure.

This thing gave me a decent shave;but it's currently as sharp as a factory-fresh Dovo. I know because I've used one. Yes, I can shave myself with a factory-fresh Dovo.... this is non-ideal.

Well, no matter. I have a decent, if peach-fuzzy, DFS; and I even got my gardening out of the way, though with unsatisfactory results.

Back to the grind....

I can't shave myself well anyway. The velcro sound and extreme pulling isn't pleasant though, but after a good tug that thing cut hair brand new from the factory even on my first shave (it picked up a lot too, but it didn't shave me any good and was kind of painful). Then I had lynn hone it.

I just slashed my arm trying to pop arm hair, and had to use styptic pencil to seal it back up again. I just can't win. Holy crap that thing is sharp even when dull.
