probably 15-20 minutes
About the same. I could go faster but id prefer not to shave at all if I'm going to be rushing through it.
I'd say 15 to 20 minutes including face lathering, applying aftershave, and cleaning up.
Never more than 15 minutes for a complete prep, 3-pass, and after care.
I really should time this someday. My best guess is 15 minutes up to 20 if I get something drastically wrong.
Wow! 20 minutes just shaving, not including the shower?
According to my wife... "forever."
It really depends, but usually 20-25 minutes. i am rarely in a hurry. 
15 to 20 mins including cleanup.
20 minutes normally. 25 for a leisurely shave.
I hear this way too often as well and I thought it was just me.
10 minutes for an everyday shave; 15 minutes gets me as good as I can take
For me it is close to 40 minutes. I like to take my time. It is something I love doing but only get to do once a day. So, I take my time and enjoy it.
I would have never guessed the poll results. I thought everyone would choose <10 minutes. I'm done in like...5 minutes :O (and I use a straight)

She'd love my girlfriend. I shave my entire huge head daily and it takes me a longggg time.
Seven minutes, give or take 45 seconds. Stopwatch and everything.
I am new to this and I take my time so I would say 20-25 minutes.
