Help

I just received a tub of T&H 1805 via UPS. Here in Las Vegas it hit 100 degrees today and the cream has melted. Can the cream be saved? Can I get a refund from T&H?

Thanks

What Cleancut said, although you could wait and see what happens to the cream after it's been left alone a day or two in a cool place. You might find it's salvageable. If you can't live with it no matter what, though, I think you have a valid complaint either to the merchant or the carrier. Cream merchants ought to label the packages as perishable to prevent this sort of thing from happening.

I left it alone overnight and it appears to be cream again. I will try to use it this afternoon.

you could always put it in the fridge overnight too that seems to work quite well, I got a few creams that in the summer tend to do the same thing, I haven't noticed any impact on performance whether I use them when they are thinner or thicker so I don't worry about it anymore.

That will help with any gooey, runny cream.

You should ask T and H for a replacement or have them file a claim with UPS. They may not cover heat damage if they consider the item perishable.
