Hello! I just dug up a Gillette Aristocrat razor with the case and would love help identifying the year. The bottom of the razor head surrounding the stem of the handle has the following markings: PAT NOS. 1815745-1858316 | REISSUE PAT NO. 17567 (the 6 might be a 0). I'll include pictures in this post. Congrats on the score. You have a mismatched set, however. The razor is a New Short Comb on a Common Bar handle. The case is for an Aristocrat (which this razor is not). Enjoy the shaver! It is many folk’s favorite!

As others have said yours is a short comb NEW model. As I understand it the NEW model didn't have a name, but the Gillette advertising at the time announced it as the NEW Gillette razor.
There's a photo below of the bottom plate or guard from one of my NEW razors; the text is all in the same spot as yours. Gillette swapped the wording around from year to year so I don't think you can pin down when it was made by that. Try finding out what year the reissued patent number was issued because ours were made after that year. To complicate things more, Gillette changed the bands around the handle every so often. The smooth or knurled bands or the number of each would change positions on the handle. And to throw another spanner in the works of dating razors, sometimes the boxes, accessories, or parts have been changed by vendors in shops in the 90 or so years since the razor left the factory.
One thing that seems to be consistient is that if the Gillette diamond on the bottom plate is centered, near the handle, it's a short comb. If the diamond is over to the side, it's a long comb.

As others said, it's a New SC. Patent numbers appeared in 1932, production ended in 1941. So, yours is in that window. I know of no way to narrow it down further.
