I use a Headblade on my head (with cheap CVS knock-off Atra-style blades purchased online in bulk/on sale, and cheap Williams or VDH Deluxe soap: excellent, fast, and inexpensive head shaves--which give me more time and money to indulge on my DE face shaves). The wheels on my Headblade recently broke. I emailed the Headblade company, whose rep promptly and cheerfully responded and sent me, at no charge, replacement wheels. This is yet another example of Headblade's outstanding customer service. Thanks to the excellent quality of their products and service, I am a loyal Headblade customer.
