No, at least I don't think I have.
Never. No reason IME. Maybe change a blade is it is going downhill but I always use the same razor.
I’ve heard of people changing razors for different passes but I’ve never done it. For starters my countertop isn’t big enough!
Usually not but sometimes I have more than one razor loaded with a blade (happens sometimes when I get new stuff in) and if I am tempted, why not? But it is never part of my routine or done for anything else than satisfying my curiosity of the moment.
When I used to do more than 1 pass with an adjustable, I would do a 5/6 WTG and then dial it down to 2/3 for my ATG.
Lol, NOW that @timetofly has planted a thought in my brane, and I'll probably end up trying it, get a nasty cut, end up in the ER, and bore you all to tears with a really werdy post about it!

I did when I first started and got my second DE just to compare the difference in efficiency and smoothness but thas a long time a go

Not really. But I mostly use my Timeless Slim OC or Rex Envoy sometimes to correct spots where I didn't shave properly and still find some stubble to kill a while after shaving.
When I used adjustables, I would increase the efficiency after each pass.
If I need a different razor mid-shave to get a better result, my choice would be clear: the second is a better tool and the first one will most probably go. Every face is different, so I’m sure the razor will find a happy home
