Gem/Eveready Saftee Shaving Cabinet

Hope im posting this in the right place I recently got into DE shaving and im enjoying it very much but... With all this extra Equipment it got me thinking I need a better storage solution so I headed to ebay where I soon found a small 7x6x2 mini Saftee shaving cabinet. I love vintage and antique things and love doing resto projects so im diving in. I'll need to do a full paint job and im still not sure how id like to do it. Has anyone else done one of these? Id love some input. I really can't find any information on these cabinets so a color code has been my biggest hurtle I have found a few companies that could make a custom stencil. Thanks

Here's some pictures

Wow some great pics. Thanks. Looks like restoring these little beauties must not be to popular. Im a huge Coca Cola fan and im really thing a red and white theme would go really well plus stencils in a Coke style would be a heck of alot cheaper. I was quoted 75$ for a 4"x3" stencil.

That is a good price.....show some pics when done.

After receiving the cabinet finally I just cant belive how good of shape its in. Ive decided to preserve this beauty instead of hiding and trying replying it. So Im trying a prosscess I've seen a few times in the past a non discoloring rust stabilizer and a quality spy polyurethane.

So now that thats decided can anyone tell me when these where made ive looked all over for date codes and cant seem to find any clues.
