Yea, it is smooth, efficient, and comfortable. I find it's aggressiveness between a Muhle r89 and the OC Fatip's. The blade angle is not hard to find (the blade is right there and sticks out from the cap ). I prefer a steeper angle and this razor likes it. I have two Gentiles the Testina, and the Zebrano (wood). I have no alignment issues with any of them.
