Fatboy blade gaps. Post yours!

Mine is a D4 which was stripped & replated.
I measured the gaps as described here:
http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showth...Ranking-by-blade-gap-size?p=592727#post592727
One side is about 0.02mm less aggressive than the other & the gaps given are for the more aggressive side.

Setting/Blade gap in mm
1 = 0.50
2 = 0.58
3 = 0.65
4 = 0.75
5 = 0.85
6 = 0.91
7 = 0.97
8 = 1.02
9 = 1.12

I use a screw driver and piece tape and adjust it as needed.

I think he meant that the gap was even, but as a whole, it was a bit wider on one side than the even gap as a whole on the other side. I think that's the case with mine as well but I don't have the equipment to measure it.

It can still be gaped correctly. Just go across the bar in small increments til the desired setting gap.

Thanks, but I'm not really worried about 0.02 difference between sides as it makes absolutely no discernible difference during the shave.
I would never have known unless I'd used the feeler gauge.
