English Fern: Treat it like a cream?

Got some English Fern last weekend, but I was not too impressed when I was face lathering...

But

Bowl lathered it today (in my G3 scuttle) and it was awesome! How do you guys like your EF?

I treat it like The Fat: a hybrid lathering solution. Build 90% of the lather in a bowl and finish on the face.

I face lather as well, and find EF to be the easiest of all of my soaps to get a great lather.
