Dreadnought shave cream

I recently began to use this cream. It seems I need more to make a adequate lather than say, Geo Trumpers or even Proraso. Also needs more water in the brush. Anyone find similar results ?

Never used it, myself, but there is usually a bit of a learning curve when trying a new soap or cream. The first attempt I try to exercise some patience. I try to pay attention to the build and try not to use the lather until I am confident I at least have it close.

I found the scent and performance to be great.
Dreadnought has a great barbershop powdery
Scent and I like their aftershave balm too. I bowl lather
And whip it up with quick motion.

I use the UK original! Bluebeards revenge!
superb products all round.
I find I start with a fairly dry brush for a nice thick lather, then wet it again for the second stage shave to give a finer, wetter lather

Dreadnought makes very good products. Their shave cream and after shave balm are quite superb. They also make a great deoderant.

I still cannot ignore decelerine. Not my kind of product.
