What's new

Don't see these often. Williams safety razor.

What’s the purpose of the three holes on the handle?

Adam

They just look decorative to me. Grip assistance? Rinsing assistance?

Verdict?

No blood. Felt like a Tech with more blade feel. Nice shave!
I don't believe you. I'm pretty sure that the razor has taken over your body and is just using you as a vessel to get the rest of us to purchase its brethren so they can take over the world.

The last picture, where the razor is gray looks pretty bad-***, I have to say.

My exploding razor knows secrets
After nearly a year, I finally found a "Williams Razor".

Holding the razor in my hands, I think I like it even more.
Because the material is thick enough, it doesn't feel like you're holding a loose piece of iron; Williams secures the blade in a very stable way, so shaving is easy and enjoyable.

I must also take an iconic "split" photo.
The "STO" (split to open) mechanism leaves an amazing page in the history of shaving.

The flushing process is also worth recording.
Since this razor has no real base plate at all, you can see the exposed blade directly from under the head.
The relative advantage is that it is very easy to rinse and dry. When you turn on the faucet, stubble and lather will be sprayed directly from the comb.
No more arguments about "whether to leave the blade in the razor"-- This is a razor that brings peace.

Now that's... split to open. :eek2:
I checked again, I am sober.

Amazing razor, at least in this regard!

Take a second photo while the weather is nice and the light is sufficient.
Almost the entire blade can be seen from below - so naked, it is still firmly clamped.
