Does Cella Tub have a plastic seal?

When I received my Cella, the cap was not fully tightened and there was no plastic seal... is this typical?

Oh okay, thanks guys... just wanted to make sure... I heard a nightmare story about counterfeit items on Amazon made with dangerous chemicals. I recently bought grapeseed oil from Amazon and can't recall if the seal was on it or not, or if I took it off and dont remember. Sigh... ill just toss it in the can and get another one. For 8 bucks I guess its not worth the risk.

Cella does not come with a seal.

Do they now already fake cheap niche-market products like Cella? Well, otoh, I've heard about Heinz ketchup fakes but that was a larger-scale operation...
