I have been taking cakes and bricks apart all morning and all was going well. Then, I ran into the 2005 Xia Guan. Good grief!!!
Talk about compression! I had to take a break after taking care of that one. Boy, it is tough to be gentle with the leaves when there is that type of compression. I had to split it laterally three times to be able to gently pull apart the tea. That may be highest compression that I have run across... even more than I see on bricks.
Ah well, back to work!
