Their shave soaps are just ok, no more!
They used to be better but were reformulated a few years back, when they were better.
Don't bother!
I like the brush.
No wonder there going out of business at £50 a soap. I'm sure its more like £35 here.
You need to soak the soap while in the shower and use plenty of water. I use the tubes of cream while traveling, the soap is just as good when used correctly. The pucks last forever and are as good, if not better than any soap out there. I could only use C&E for the rest of my life and be fine with that.
The lime is a great summer scent. The after shaves are some of the best out there imo.
with their soap you just have to overload.. took me a while to figure it out. However, I've not had a "new" puck from them in probably 5 or so years. I'll have to check the website and see if they have any clearance there.. I love their Sandalwood scent, and the Nomad was great too, it's now the Moroccan..
Edit: The shaving items are all but gone on their website. So either leave them to the dustbin of history or pay through the nose on eBay if you have to have them..
