So I may be getting a Chiappa Double Badger soon. It’s an over under break action with 22LR barrel on top and a .410 bore barrel on bottom. It comes with a full fixed barrel from factory for the .410. I reached out to a shop that does shotgun barrel work and he said they can drill and tap the barrel so it can take .410 chokes. I was thinking if I did this mod it would open up more ammo choices and uses. Thoughts? Is it a dumb idea?
