I am currently using AOS sandalwood shaving cream, and I find that the smell is quite nice and lathers very easily. I'm also curious about Castle Forbes sandalwood cream, but have noticed it is quite pricey(just as AOS is I presume). Has anyone tried/compared both and can give me some feedback, differences, etc.?

The AOS sandlewood is one of my favorites because of the scent. CF on the other hand smells nothing like it I my opinion. CF smell more like cedar to me but produces a excellent lather. The cream is denser than the AOS. More like a soft soap.

CF is more cedar, but is the better cream, IMHO.
AOS is my favorite and also try the Lavendar and the Lemon for a great summer and fall combination.
CF is the better cream...but it smells like a cedar plant. IMHO too over powering...almost synthetic. If they could take the scent of AOS sandalwood with the performance of CF...I would buy enough for 10 years!
