Well, I’m officially a Blackbird fanboy! Loved the Ti Blackbird so I had to try the OC plate. Loved the OC plate so now just pulled the plug on the Ti Lite! (Oh and did I mention I got a Dart during the limited release)? I feel like Al Pacino in Godfather 3 (“Just when I think I’m out…”)!

I think you mean “pulled the trigger….”. To pull the plug on something is a very different thing lol.

I am seriously contemplating pulling the trigger on the Ti Lite myself!

Like the shaving feel and efficiency of Titanium bird, feel titanium is too light, wonder if ss Bird lite shave feel the same as Titanium bird? efficiency?

It depends how much pressure you’re using with the Blackbird Ti. With little/no pressure, Ti is vaguely similar in results to the SS Lite. With moderate or high pressure, the Blackbird Ti is more efficient.

Got my Blackbird last week and the Lite plate today.

Definitely a less aggressive shave w the Lite, but still close.

Me thinks the Lite will be for one day growth and the regular for two plus.

Great razor.

I am sure you will like it but will say that for me the claims of the Standard Blackbird being aggressive did not hold any truth. It's efficient and smooth. I also have the lite and it's also wonderful. It plays a little catch up to the standard plate in efficiency particularly on the first pass but it gets there eventually and provides similar results with a little bit more effort.
That's just my opinion but the Blackbird is an absolutely fine razor whatever variable you choose. It changed the way I felt about many of my razors.

I'm looking forward to hearing how you go with it.

Yeah im kinda planning on trying the lite for a while and then also getting the standard plate if I feel I need it

Only one shave with it so far with one day of growth but still managed to have minimal irritation. Looking forward to more shaves and learning razor better
