Best way to remove tea-staining from a titanium DE?

I'm looking for the proper way to eliminate tea staining underneath the cap of my Timeless Ti.95. I have tried both lemon juice and white vinegar solutions with no luck removing it all

I believe other methods work because they use slightly abrasive cleaners. Use at your own risk. In any case, please let us know of the outcome and if you post any pictures (before and after) you get cookie points. It might be brownies, not sure.
