Beginner, looking for a hone person California

I just bought this vintage straight razor. I'd like to send it to someone to sharpen, so I can try straight razor shaving. I've been shaving with DE razors about a month, taking a crazy leap into straight. I live in Northern California.

The whole thing seems intact, the scales are good, it hinges well, doesn't look bent or cracked.
