Good afternoon gents. I thought I would share a recent experience with the new Beauty Pro Facial Wrap Towels from West Coast Shaving. I wanted to try some regular old time barber towels with the green stripe. Sometimes a washcloth does not do a good job of covering my face fully for the hot water soak of my beard. This is a critical step for me since any slacking at this step is sure to result in some shaving discomfort and razor rash. So I was eager to try this new towel John just recently started carrying. It is rectangle in shape. About 8-9 inches wide and 24 inches long. I had never used a towel like this before. No issues at all. Double it over lengthwise and soak it with hot water. Ring it out a bit so water is not running all over your neck and chest area. Unless you like that sort of thing. Me? I prefer to stay marginally neater even whilst shaving. Folded over like so it covers my entire jaw area and most of my neck area. Very nice.
The towel is quite absorbent and holds heat a bit better than my washcloths. Or at least I like to think so. And best of all, it does not shed lint like cheap towels do. Almost like the herringbone barber towels but softer and easier on the skin. I will most certainly be picking up a few more of these. My wife would like some for her facial treatments as well. Another nice product addition from West Coast Shaving. Well done John.
