Barber shops in Phoenix and/or San Francisco???

I'm traveling over the next few weeks, and wondered if I could get recommendations from any of you gentlemen for good places to find shaving supplies and perhaps a great barber shop for a proper shave in Phoenix and/or San Francisco.

I'm hoping to stop by Nancy Boy while in SF, but would like to know of other good establishments in either town.
