I'm not expert when it comes to vintage razors, and I'm not really sure if 1985 would be considered vintage anyway, but is there any hope for me finding my birth year 1985 DE or SE? I'm a December baby if we want to get technical with a quarter.

I know they were making Super Speeds in 1985 so you should be able to find something!

Hi five dude. November 1985 right here and yes there is a Black handled Gillette adjustable from 1985. As soon as I saw it on the BST I snagged it. I would put a WTB and see what comes up. Good luck!
As you can see from the comments above, there should be no issue finding one. I was looking for a 1980 vintage blade (I too am a December baby) and was able to find a 1st quarter 1980 Gillette Tech 3-piece razor. Good luck!

The first injector that fed the blades from inside the handle came out in 1926, the type that use the dispenser with the built in key was released in 1935.
I had no idea. I'll have to look into a birth year.
