Antique safety razor identification

Hi there!
I have an occasion to buy old safety razor, but I couldn't find any informations about its manufacturer or year of prodution. Maybe anybody knows something?

I think its German, and i know there were alot of German razors made, ill try and find out

Golf was a German based razor makers- Louis Perlmannn, Johannes Friedrich and Knappe Stahlwarenfabrik. They had Trademark registered in July 23rd 1909. Golf made a variety of Gillette type razors with fancy handles like yours. According to Waits Golf made the Golf Asan and Electric razors around 1932-35.

That safety razor was made in DDR, trust me that almost all of communist products was not only ugly but also low quality
