As promised I only wanted to "try" this once. Well as it was I couldn't get passed the scent. Ymmv and all that. Anyway, many of us would like to try something before buying it so what better way of doing so through the generosity of one our own B&B members Xillion. I'd hope whoever claims this can pass it along in kind until it's used up.

Lol. No Vez I was careful how I worded it. I said pick number 1,2 or 3. That would be funny right? " pick a number between 1-3" um, okaaaay.......lol.

I received the tube a couple days ago and have used it twice now. Like the OP, the scent is a no-go for me. To me it smells very similar to Arko Moist cream. Except that it is much stronger. Performance is average for a cream. It lathers up very nicely and shaves well. It's not drying, but it doesn't leave anything behind on your skin either. I like a product that is nice and moisturizing, so if I want to go back and do a quick touch up, I don't necessarily need to relather.

I will not be purchasing this product in the future. I thought it was going to be much better, both in scent and performance. I don't smell lavender, per se. Just smells chemically to me. And with lanolin and coconut oil, I expected my face to feel better from using it. YMMV. This will be re-PIFd in the future.
